How it works

No new system for your team to keep updated. Nexaflow works from the tools you already use: email, shared documents and spreadsheets.

  1. Connect

    Give Nexaflow read-only access to the inboxes, folders and sheets you choose. Nothing else is visible to it.

  2. Read

    Agents built on Claude go through the week's activity, spot what's late, stuck or unanswered, and link every finding to where it came from.

  3. Review

    Each Monday you get the report. Drafted replies wait for your approval, and nothing is sent on its own.

Built for small teams

For teams of 5 to 50 people without a full-time operations lead: agencies, e-commerce brands, distributors and service businesses. The work that usually falls on the founder's Sunday evening becomes a page you read on Monday morning.

Ground rules
